I started taking pictures while I was making these mugs because I thought they were pretty at every stage...
I have imprinted two slabs of white clay with a variety of designs

I roll them around pint glaze jars to harden a little

so I can slip the edge and make the slab into a cylinder

I've added a bottom and a handle. They have dried and are ready for the first (bisque) firing

Now I start glazing. Many mugs,

many glazes, many days

A few days later...I'm happy!
